Minor Oral Surgery

In August 2011 the practice was commissioned to provide a minor oral surgery service to Hampshire Primary Care Trust.
Only one other practice was accepted to the scheme. Our success was largely due to the fact that the service we provide is delivered by Helen Spencer who is one of the few NHS Hospital Consultant Oral Surgeons in the country. Helen's expertise is such that she is able to treat patients both NHS and private on referral from fellow dentist across Hampshire. These are usually patients that the referring dentist feels are more complex cases and as such they would benefit from treatment by a Specialist Oral Surgeon.
